Can I Return My Purchase?
Absolutely! If you’ve had second thoughts or encountered an issue, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving it. We only ask that:
The product remains unused and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, and labels are intact.
However, please note that personalized or sale items are non-returnable unless there’s a defect.
How Do I Start a Return?

Do keep in mind:
Return shipping charges will need to be covered by you unless the product is damaged or defective.
Be sure to pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
What About Exchanges?
Need a different size or color? No problem!
Just follow the return process, and let us know what replacement you’re looking for.
If the exact item you want is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund instead.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve inspected the returned item. This process typically takes 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless it’s our mistake.
Received a Damaged Item?
Oh no! We’re sorry if your product didn’t arrive as perfect as it should. Notify us at jigs05pashmera@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item or provide a refund at no extra cost to you.
